You guys never delivered to my address.. then you never send emails or anything say your delivering that I have to pick my package up in another location that an hour from my house

Customer Service?
Where is customer service there is none. I want to talk to a person. I purchased a backpack and paid with Apple Pay and just as I put my finger on my phone it defaulted to one of my kids addresses. I live in Missouri and she lives in Idaho. I should have been able to either talk with a service person or their site should allow you to change the address. They need to get real people who could have fixed this within 5 minutes.
User's recommendation: Don’t ever buy from the Funko/Loungefly site!

That happens to me on the funko app as well. You can log in to your account on the website on funko.com and see you wishlist and/or collection.
