Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I placed an order on 11/23 for a Christmas present and have been waiting ever since. My package has been in the DHL warehouse since 12/5.
DHL advised me to contact Funko to resolve the issue. I filled out a claim form online but received no response. I emailed them and was advised that if the package doesn't arrive by 12/20, I should reach back out.
I emailed them and haven't heard from anyone. I need help!

I accidentally put the wrong address on the package during Black Friday. Since I placed the order, Funko hasn't helped find the package and blatantly lied through an email saying it was in transit days after it was delivered.
The apartment complex to which I accidentally sent my package said they returned it to the sender. Funko has not tried to help me at all even after two emails and countless missed calls.

I have tried to talk to someone about my order, and I can't track it. Then, they wanted to charge me a dollar to talk to someone about my order; this is ridiculous.
I didn't have this issue before, and you guys took the money out of my account, and now I can't get any answers! I am very upset and want a refund if you can't find my order.

I ordered a custom figure from Funko and what I received doesn't look like what I ordered. I tried sending a refund request to the email and after two weeks, I only received an automated response.
No one has called about my order. I tried calling the number and there is no way to access a live person. The phone prompts don't work.
I have resorted to getting my money back from PayPal. If they want the figure back, they will have to contact me.

I just recieved my jumbo Dialga Pop that i ordered from the Funko Store, and it is by far the worst quality pop out of my nearly 300 that i own. The entire thing is riddled with either chipped or misplaced paint, all 4 legs are uneven so it doesnt stand properly, there is multiple spots of glue seeping out of an edge, and there are small gaps around where the legs connect to the body.
Due to the Pop being a more expensive one, being a convention exclusive, and being directly from the Funko Store, i would expect at least some slight degree of quality, which this Pop doesn't have. So I would very much like a replacement

I have none cause I get no replies after multiple attempts
Ordered multiple items for Christmas. One never arrived.
Can't call because it disconnects. Chat wants me to spend $5 to use. Emailed multiple times and received one automated response a month ago. It's been two months and still no resolution.
Just want to talk to someone.
Understand things happen but it's been almost 2 months now and no one will contact me. And now, the tracking disappeared from my account.

Hello, my name is Jennifer. I ordered a 2-pack of Funko Pops, and right before it was delivered to me, I got an email saying, 'This address does not exist.' I looked and realized that I accidentally switched 2 numbers in my address.
I emailed Funko and my mail carrier, and they got back to me. My mail carrier told me that if I had called sooner, they could have held it for me, but they ended up sending it back, which was not good news. I tried emailing Funko again and again, but I got an email this morning saying Funko received it but decided not to open it. I bought this for my boyfriend as a present.
It was also my first time using Funko. I paid a decent amount of money for this and can't even get a refund on them or have them send the package back to me?

Hi, Im unsure what to do or how to get help but I received a funko delivery through hottopic and the item came damaged within the issues cardboard boxs they are shipped in meaning it was a factory error and not the shipping process. Hot topic isnt able to help me with getting an exchange since they are now sold out of this product online and am reaching out to you guys as a last resort.
I hop to get this issue resolved because its the last funko I needed for my collection of killer Klowns. Its number is 1623: Frank

Verified Reviewer |I have ordered one item, a Pop! Yourself, and have been charged twice for it.
Hello, I bought one customized Funko pop (a Pop! Yourself) on December 11th, and I received two emails confirming my order with different order numbers, so I checked the website and went to my order history to check whether I bought that same thing twice or not.
My order history was only showing one order, so I did not think much of it, thinking I only placed one order, and will therefore receive and pay for only one item. But now I am checking my bank statement, and I was charged twice for it. I only need one Funko pop, and I also only have one email that says my order was shipped. The order number in the email that states that an order was shipped is not the same order number that shows up on the website.
I only made the order once, so I am not sure why I was charged twice.
I believe that this was a problem with the website, as it was slightly glitchy, but I did not think much of it because it more-or-less functioned. And since Funko is a company that is trusted by many others.
Preferred solution: I want to be refunded for one of the orders (they are both the exact same) and therefore only receive one order, as I do not need two of the same, and so I will only pay for and receive one set of items.
User's recommendation: Do not buy off of the website if it is being glitchy, and using a laptop/computer rather than mobile would likely work best.

It's impossible to get help with my order. I can't speak to someone.
When I was offered to speak to someone, they were going to charge me.
They took my money, but I have not received my order. This was a Christmas gift.

Wrong item received
They sent me the wrong item after I paid $65 and Ive messaged him several times and they have not contacted me. The only thing that they keep sending me is the automated message saying that they contact me within 5 to 7 days but its been longer than that and never gotten back to me.
They sent me somebody elses Funko pop. Ive sent them images of my order sent them images of what I receive and still have no reply from them.
