No one responds EVER
I cannot believe it's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received any response from funko customer service. I got 2 of the same item and missing another item i ordered.
As popular as these links pops are you would think they would have better custoner service or any customer service at all for that matter. Its disgusting how they dont care about their own customers.
What kind of a company doesn't care about their customers? No wonder they are going out of buisness.

placed the order on their website, The order # and tracking ID was sent. The tracking # was for Amazon shipping.
It kept telling me it didn't match my order. 3 times I sent them messages saying something was not correct and to please look into this. NEVER a reply. It's been 9 days now.
No package has arrived and no communication at all from Funko. I then contacted Amazon shipping. They researched the order and tracking #. The item in this order was not what I ordered.
I then found.a phone # for customer service. Called and never reached anyone. The message said I would get contacted in 5-7 days. Really?the charge for my order was processed on my credit card immediately.
I'm considering challenging this purchase with my card company. It has been time consuming on my part and still no product for a gift I paid for. I don't think this will be resolved. Their customer service options are bogus.
I won't be purchasing from them anymore. Be careful if you order from this company!

Well tracking order is not recognized. Tried live chat..they then want to go thru the hassle of putting a $5 charge on your card (?refundable)to receive info before providing any further assistance.
Should not have to do that..ridiculous.
Tried calling a number found but no answer but may have been the time. Poor assistance.

I got the initial greeting and got hung up on my order. It is 2092****.
My tracking number is TBA326535****82. Please do not return this item; it's for my first grandson for Christmas.
Please have the idiot driver redeliver my package. I have never had a problem with deliveries at my home address.

Non existent, nobody answers , and if they reply to an email , it's robotic .also I can mention that I got scammed by them and that's the reason I'm trying to contact them , but it's hopeless.the las solution was to report them to the ECC and anti fraud department, that's why I encourage all people who have issues with them to the same and not give up when they get wronged by them. Maybe after to many reports they will finally get sanctioned or something. Because it's incredible how a well know and established company can do this to it's customers, especially in these times with so many regulations and laws !
