Ive emailed, called, emailed again. Repeatedly.

Have sent several emails to try and get a replacement and have not gotten any response. I have bought a lot of pops previously and never had an issue I am disappointed that no one has responded.

This item was a gift and I just want it replaced.

Hopefully I will get an answer soon. I would hate to have to take my business elsewhere

HORRIBLE. DISAPPOINTING. UNACCEPTABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. I SPENT 24HOURS FROM IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING ORDER LETTING THEM KNOW THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL SHOWED THE WRONG HAIR CHOICE. THEN THE SHIPMENT EMAIL CAME NEXT DAY SO I WASTED $50 ON SOMETHING I CANT KEEP. IT'S NOT MY SON OR HIS HAIR.
